A Visit to Galway’s Living Bog

Our senior classes were very lucky to be chosen to study boglands through the Re-Peat initiative. One part of the study was to visit Galway's Living Bog in Mountbellew. Our tour guide was fantastic and the pupils learned lots of geography, science and history. We even made a well deserved pitstop at The Bus Stop Cafe for some yummy treats before heading home!
